Baseball Season

The boys had a great time playing baseball this year. Camden played in the Rookie league where it is machine pitch. He was on the Grasshoppers and played with his friends Ashton, Thatcher, and with his cousin Tanner. I think there was only one at bat that Camden didn't get a hit, he had a great season.
Easton was on the Cincinnati Reds and he had a great time. He played with his friend Kade.
Easton was hit in the face on his birthday with a kid pitching. He finally got over the fear of getting up to bat and had a great season as well.

Grandma's House

Easton had practiced a certain song that he wanted to play for everyone in his own little recital at Grandma and Grandpa Burt's one Sunday. He was so excited and made everyone join around the piano to listen to him. He loves playing the piano, and is excited to start lessons back up soon. I also love this picture of Mitchell, it is so hard to get him to smile when looking at the camera, you just have to catch him just at the right moment.

Utah Vs. Wyoming

Utah had a home game on Halloween, they played Wyoming. The boys decided that they wanted to go to the Utah game and skip trick-or-treating this year. We left Bella with Aunti Aleisha and headed up to the game. Our cousin Garrett was a Utah football player too, we had to get a picture of all of the Utah players, and the little cheerleader. Before the game the boys wanted to be down close to the field. That way "Coach Whit" could see them and know that they were ready to play if they were needed.

After the game they were only allowing those with sideline passes onto the field. The guy at the steps said that because the boys looked so cute he would let them go down and take some pictures, they were in heaven!

Ready, Set, Hike

For the past few weeks if you drove by my house this is what you would have seen. Easton had been off track and the boys were out playing football everyday.

Soccer Starts

Soccer started and the boys have been playing for the last few weeks. Easton and Camden are both great little soccer players and we love going to watch their games.
AnaBella loves the doughnuts at the early morning games.

What's up Doc?

This year was the first year that we planted a garden. It wasn't very big, but we had plenty of peas and carrots. Next year we are going to try for cucumbers and zucchinis. The boys thought it was so fun to go out and water and pick the peas when they were ready.

Best Friends

This is the best part of having my two boys so close together, they are the best of friends. They pretty much do everything together. I made a little bed for them on the floor, and this is how we found them the other night.

Sad Day

It was such a sad day for the boys, okay specifically Easton, the day we turned the Murano in. We have not even been driving it since November, it has just been sitting on the side of our house until it was time to turn it in. You would have thought we lost a member of the family. I walked outside and Easton was standing there basically hugging the car, with big crocodile tears running down his face. Have you ever seen such a sad face? Easton asked while sitting in the car if I thought the Murano knew how much he loved it? I am not sure where he gets his sensitivity, it is definately not from either of his parents.

Go Utes!

On Saturday we went to the Utah Vs. Weber game. We missed the first game because of Jackie's wedding, not that we minded Jackie! The boys have been so excited about going to the games. Easton was asking all day if it was time to go. We get in the car to drive up there and wouldn't you know it both of them fall asleep! Once we parked the car we told the boys to wake up, it was time for the game. The first words out of Easton's mouth are, "Is it true? Is it true?" Yes, Easton it was true, we were really there-what a nut!

Lagoon

Spencer's work decided to do their company party at Lagoon this year. We are so glad that they did. The boys had a ball! This was their first time to Lagoon and they loved it. Camden was barely tall enough to go on most of the bigger rides. They even went on some of the rides I have always hated-the Rocko planes being one of them!
We didn't even ask them to pose like this. Easton was just being so sweet to Camden, they would hold hands too as they walked around. They were both so good, and didn't fight at all-maybe we should go to Lagoon everyday!
This picture is a little blury, but I love the action shot of Camden. He rode the ride the whole time like that, he wanted to make sure he knew what he was shooting at.

Ute Fans!

On the 18th of July, I know I am way behind! I found the boys in their room playing their own form of dress up! They were Utah football players, and they had tucked the jerseys into their pants and they were all bunched up. Pretty hot stuff-I love the slippers, they make the outfit!!!
