2009 GDI Christmas Party

I think that this was our 16th Annual GDI Christmas party. GDI was a club that we started when we were in the 9th grade. We have remained great friends and I am so lucky to have each of them as a part of my life.

Our Friend D.C.

We had planned on meeting up with our friend D.C. while we were in Anaheim, it worked out great that it happened to be the day that we spent in the hotel. We met D.C. on our cruise last year and the boys really loved him. He is magic and pulled Candy Snakes out of their ears. They were in heaven. This was the first time that D.C. met Bella, she liked him just as much.
Each boy would blow in the others ear to help push the snake out of the ear.

Camden also thought these stickers were cool, and that on his ears he looked like an elf!

Swimming Parties

Because I am so behind on my blogging, I am just posting a few pictures of a few different times that our friends came swimming. Collin and Camden
Mayci and Titus
Val and her girls, Holland and Avery
Easton, Afton, Camden, and Thatcher

I really needed more pictures, we spent a lot of time out by the pool this year, we are all so sad that it is now to cold to head outside.

Happy 4th of July!

Yes, I am over a month late in posting these things, but better late than never! The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. We get together to go to breakfast with my family and the Evan's family. We ate at Jim's family restaurant just a few days before it burned down.
After breakfast we go out to watch the West Jordan Parade.
The boys just waiting for something to come, preferably someone with candy.
After the parade we head over to my parents house for a swim party and bbq with the family.

That night we met up with the Mathew's and the Smith's for some fireworks.

Pioneer Day

We had some neighbors over for the 24th of July. We had fun in the pool, great food, lots of fun stealing the Ligman's basketball hoop, and a fun time watching fireworks. Hopefully this becomes a yearly tradition. The kids had fun on the slide, thanks Hutchings, and being thrown all over the pool.
The three B's, Boston, Bella, and Bridger.

Ward Picnic

Elle always wants to be where Bella is. She is so cute with her and always asks when she can come play with her. I think Camden has more mustard on his face then what went in his mouth.
AnaBella will eat anything in sight, I am not sure who she stole this from.

These were some cute pictures of Boston and Bella going on a "date"!
We love our neighborhood and the great friends that we have.

Weekend Away

We had the opportunity to go to Vida, Oregon (2 hours south of Portland) last weekend with some friends. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.
We went for a drive one morning and found this cute bridge, "Belnap Bridge". I wanted a picture so Eden and I walked down for one, and the boys made fun of us and had to get a picture too.

This is what we spend the majority of our time doing, reading. Okay, reading and eating! I finally finished the book that I have been working on for a few months.

We went to this cute little Christmas shop that was just off the side of the road.Brandon, Billy, Spencer, and Ryan

Me, Eden, Brittney, and Kami

This picture was taken on the deck of the house that we stayed at. Thanks to the Burbidges' for letting us stay in their house, it was amazing!

Priceless!!!

Tickets to Oregon-$500
Car Rental-$117
Vida's Cafe Bill-$48
Stupid Pictures that friends take with my stolen camera-Priceless!

Maybe they will think twice before they do this next time!

Annual GDI Christmas Party

The annual GDI Christmas party was hosted this year by Dana. She had planned a fun game that she got off of the Ellen show. We had to put this elastic band around our face and try to reach the marshmallows. Each person on each team had to try to get one. It was hilarious!!
We couldn't use our hands, and each marshmallow was at a different height, and distances.
I was laughing so hard I almost peed my pants, which wouldn't be the first time when I am around my friends!

I think that this is our 15th Christmas party together as friends. I think that we forget sometimes that we are 30, but we still have so much fun together.
