November Birthday's

We celebrated all of the November birthday's at the Burt's house. Happy Birthday to Aleisha, Tau Tai, Me, and Mitchell.

The boys had their primary program that day and Sherry wanted them to sing the song about families. So they had a mini program here at Grandma and Grandpa's.

Happy 4th of July!

Yes, I am over a month late in posting these things, but better late than never! The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. We get together to go to breakfast with my family and the Evan's family. We ate at Jim's family restaurant just a few days before it burned down.
After breakfast we go out to watch the West Jordan Parade.
The boys just waiting for something to come, preferably someone with candy.
After the parade we head over to my parents house for a swim party and bbq with the family.

That night we met up with the Mathew's and the Smith's for some fireworks.

August Birthdays

We met with the Burt Family to celebrate all of those who have birthdays in the month of August. We celebrated Steve, Garrett, and my Mother-in-law Sherry's Birthday.
Garrett wanted a Utah Jersey and a Utah hat. You can tell by his face that he was excited.

Happy Birthday to the three of you!

Jack William Burt

Baby Jack William Burt was born on July 31st. We were all so anxious for him to come. He was 6 lbs. 6 oz. and 18 inches long, and he is such a cutie! We are so happy that he is here and is a healthy little baby.
Here is Grandpa Jack holding his namesake, baby Jack.
An excited Aunt that loves to squeeze his cute little bum.

There were some nurses that had come around and had given us all rootbeer floats. Spencer loves newborns, hopefully this doesn't give him any ideas!
Easton is a proud new cousin, he loves holding babies.
Camden just wants any opportunity to make a silly face for the camera.

What a cute little baby!

Moon Lake 2009

Moon Lake is one of those traditions that I hated when Spencer and I first got married. This was my 10th year at Moon Lake and I actually like it now. The boys love playing in the dirt everyday!
AnaBella loved all of the treats, and Auntie Aleisha for sharing!
Everyday the boys wanted to go fishing. They were not going to quit until they each caught something. Poor Spencer didn't get to fish at all!
Bella loved playing in the trailer.
AnaBella did not want to sleep, she was having too much fun!
Spencer's Aunt Pam had planned all of these fun activities. One of the days they made these dolls made out of socks.
Even the boys had fun making them.

Grandma Sherry and Bella
It rained pretty hard one evening and we had to eat dinner in our trailers. The boys didn't seem to mind.
Bella was "kicking it" in the Matua's trailer.
Spencer took the boys down to the lake. They started out with all of their clothes on.
But for some reason they all ended up with their shirts off.
The water is freezing cold, I don't know how they can stand it.
One more snack before we head home. One more year of fun at Moon Lake, and we are already counting down the days until next year.

Bagley Family Christmas Party

The kids were patiently waiting for Santa to come to the Christmas party. They couldn't wait to see what he had brought them.

Easton was deciding if he should tell Santa if he had been good or not?

Camden knew that he had not been good.

And AnaBella wanted nothing to do with Santa!

But she definately liked the gift that Santa brought her. I don't know why but she loves this hat. She picked it up at the store and would not let me put it back.
Camden and Easton received these Policeman kits with binoculars, handcuffs, whistle, badge, and sunglasses-they thought they were pretty cool!

November Birthdays

We have four birthdays in November in the Burt family. Aleisha is first, hers is on the 10th, Tau Tai's is on the 12th, mine is the 14th, and Mitchell's is the 15th. We missed having Aleisha with us this year, she was in Vegas for her Birthday. My mother-in-law is a great cook and makes the best Oatmeal cake and she made it especially for me this year-it was great!!!

October Birthday's

The second Sunday of the Month is "Birthday Sunday" with the Burt family. We get together and celebrate all of the birthdays for that month. This month we were celebrating Spencer's, Grandma Burt's, Camden's, and Aaron's birthdays. We had a great dinner of homemade pizza, who's great idea was that Jen?

Camden's favorite present was his Urlacher jersey from Aunt Jen and Uncle Steve. He wore this thing to bed that night, the whole next day, and then to bed the next night. I could not get this off of him. Finally I had to pry it off of him to go into the wash.

I just thought this was a cute picture of Bella, right before she was put into her jammies.

Good Morning Burt Family!!!

This is what was yelled at my in-laws house on Saturday morning, bright and early at 7 A.M. All of Spencer's siblings and spouses took it upon ourselves to give my in-laws a new basement. We decided back in March, or April, I can't remember that we were going to finish the basement for Sherry's birthday. Sherry (My MIL) is one of the most generous people I know. She is always thinking of others before herself. So we decided that she deserved this. Her birthday was on August 13th, and we were able to finish everything for her just in time. These are the before pictures.

And the after pictures.
We spent many late nights there. All of our kids were troopers and didn't complain about the late nights. We had a blast doing this together. We definitely have made many more memories, and I am sure there are more to come.
