Better late then never!

Life has been hectic around here and these pictures are finally being posted. Camden and Thatcher had their last T-Ball game and received their trophies. These guys had fun playing together, and they were so proud of their trophies. I am not quite sure what is wrong with my son, how come he can't ever just smile when someone takes a picture???

Little %$@!

The other day I was getting the boys a snack after school and out comes Bella with her "makeup" on. She was so proud of herself for the great job that she had done. AnaBella is such a girly girl. She loves to have her toes done, she loves shoes, and she loves to have me put makeup on her. She also loves to clean. This is where the little %$@! comes in. A few days ago there were eight kids in my house, and three adults. Not one of us noticed that Bella was missing. That is until Eden asked, "what is wet?" There stands Bella with a soaking wet washcloth that she is flinging around. My first words, "I guarantee that is toilet water." Where else can a baby that is 30 inches tall get water from. So off we all head to the bathroom. There is tons of "water" all over the ground, Bella's clothes are soaked in it, and she is carrying a drenched washcloth that she most likely was sucking on. Not only was it toilet water, Easton apparantly had gone the bathroom, but had not flushed the toilet. So my little angel is tracking pee water all over my house, and most probably drank a little too. Needless to say I scrubbed that bathroom from top to bottom. Thanks to Eden for taking the boys so that I could get this done, and thanks to Brittney for bringing me a very tasty Coke to get me through the whole ordeal. After incidents like this my husband keeps reminding me that I wanted a little girl! We still love her, and she is giving us lots to laugh about, later on!

Three Muskateers

The Planetarium field trip was last week. Camden, Ashton, and Thatcher are the best of friends. These guys have so much fun together. Camden on Mars
Camden on the moon. He loves learning about Space and loved the movie about the boys in the Cardboard Rocket.

"Wicked" Fun!

My mom got all of us girls tickets for "Wicked" for Christmas. When we got the tickets it seemed like April was so far off. The day finally came and we had a great time. I saw "Wicked" in New York a few years ago and couldn't wait to see it again . I thought it was great here too. I love the storyline and the music-so fun!!! We had a great time at the Olive Garden for dinner before hand.
We ran into Windy, Haylie and Emmie while we were walking in.

Easton's and Addison's Shared Birthday

We still hadn't celebrated Easton's birthday with the Hummel family. We ended up combining Easton and Addison's party, thanks Addi for sharing your day. We got Addi this Tinkerbell art set, we are so glad she loves it.
Aunt Ace and Uncle Bryce got Easton Bear's sheets for his bed. Once again, Easton is a huge Bear's fan!
Easton wanted Spongebob cupcakes, which is funny he isn't even allowed to watch it. He had Spongebob and Patrick cupcakes. I didn't take a picture of the tree, it was really cute!

April 15, 2009

Ever since Easton could talk he would tell you that his birthday was on "Tax Day". On his actual birthday he went to school and took Blowpops (suckers are his favorite candy) for all of his classmates. When Spencer got home from work we told Easton we could go anywhere that he wanted for dinner, he chose McDonald's. Last year we went to the Cheesecake Factory, this year McDonald's. He said that he wanted to save money-he is his mothers son!
When we asked Easton what he wanted for his birthday he told us that he didn't want anything. The night before I picked up a $4 kick stand for his bike. When I got home he saw it in the bag and asked what it was. I told him that it was a kick stand for his bike, and that this was his birthday present that he saw. He was so excited for his kick stand, that was all that he wanted. We decided that we would get him some golf clubs, this way Spencer has an excuse to golf more this summer. When Easton saw his golf clubs the first thing out of his mouth was, "Golf clubs, this is what I always dreamed of." Where does he come up with these things?
Easton and Camden both had a great time trying out the new clubs. We now just need to get him out to the driving range.

Easton is such a tenderhearted child. He is very sensitive and emotional, but we still love him. He is a great big brother, both to Camden and AnaBella. He loves Swiss cheese sandwiches, guacamole, Sunny Delight, and all candy. He loves riding his bike, being outdoors, swimming, Disneyland, his Dad, school, dolphins, baseball, football, U of U, and the Chicago Bears.

We love you and are so glad that you are part of our family!

Six years old!

Easton's birthday is on April 15th. I can't believe that he is already six years old, it has gone by so fast. We started celebrating on Easter with the Burt family. These are all of Sherry and Jack's grandchildren in their Easter hats-thanks Aleisha! Everyone knows Easton so well. He loves his new Chicago Bears football.
Thanks to Kelli for sharing a birthday celebration with Easton.
