Costa Maya, Mexico

Mexico-Finally!!! I don't know how many times we were asked, "When are we going to be in Mexico?" Spencer served his mission in Mexico, and every once in awhile decides he needs to teach the boys Spanish. They couldn't wait to go to Mexico, where Dad served his mission. We went to the Mayan Ruins, Chacchoben. It is always very interesting to learn about the Mayan Culture. The bus ride out to the ruins was a little over an hour. On the way there we passed some tiny, cement houses. As we passed by I was telling Easton that those were their homes. He said, "But Mom, those houses don't look very comfortable." It is so good for our children to see how blessed we really are.

The boys were pretty good for spending two hours walking around Mayan ruins. They were ready to get back to the ship!

The water was so pretty here.
